As a friend and fellow lover of tickling. Do Not miss this clip. In my humble opinion its sure to be a tickling classic. It has everything a tickle fan loves. Beautiful lady, dressed in a skirt with heels and sheer stockings, but the best part is that she has been caught, tied to a chair, and unable to get away from a very menacing tickler. The mission is to teach her a lesson that blowing the horn and giving the finger is not good road manners.. This lady is a pure delight to watch as she gives in and lets her hysterical laughter go.
