Super Busty Babe has finally been captured by her nemesis, Mr. Evil. She wakes up bound, tied down with rope. He then confronts her and promises to tickle her good if she doesn't give him the information he wants. He wants to know the location of the Super Villians' headquarters and he'll tickle her until he gets it. Super Busty Babe remains defiant at first, unenthusiastic to cooperate, even though she's extremely ticklish, hysterically laughing, screaming and squirming as she suffers. He torments her feet with his fingers and fingernails, tickling up and down her soles, arches, heels and sides of her feet. He tickles underneath and in between her toes, which has her suffering in hysterics. He removes her boot covers and tickles the tops of her feet too. That really tickles! She puts up a good fight but he's an expert tickler and she canáéa‚¬Ëœt take being tickled any longer. She eventually succumbs and tells him that she will take him to the secret location. He flees and leaves her there struggling in her bondage.
