Dakota Charms has beautiful feet and toes, and they are very ticklish. Dakota is tied down with rope to the futon and tickled barefoot while wearing only a bra and blue jeans. Her feet are positioned directly in front of the camera. Charlee uses her fingers, long fingernails, and a comb to keep Dakota laughing, screaming and squirming while spreading and curling her toes.
