Tomiko wakes up with her hands tied behind her back and her feet tied together to a chair. A woman is standing over her. The woman explains to Tomiko that she's been watching her, that she waited for the perfect moment to her while she was on her way to work in the morning. She is the foot tickle bandit. She abducts her victims, ties them up and tickles them for her own pleasure. The bandit got very lucky with Tomiko because Tomiko is hyper ticklish on her feet. The bandit enjoys every last second of her tickle watching Tomiko scream, squirm and beg for her to stop. Tomiko attempts to negotiate with her, she even offers to buy her lunch if she'll just stop tickling her. When the bandit is through, she releases her victim and lets her get to work.
