Super Busty Babe has finally been captured by her evil nemisis. She wakes up in his lair, blindfolded with her hands tied to a chair. He then secures her feet to a stool and promises to her good if she doesn't give him the information he wants. He wants to know the location of the Super Villians' headquarters and he promises to tickle her until he gets it. He begins to torment her socked feet with his fingers, getting her good with his long finger nails, up and down the sole, heel to toe, under the toes and between the toes. He then uses the electric toothbrush to try and break her. He takes off her socks and then tickles her bare feet, first with his fingers then with the electric toothbrush. She puts up a good fight but he's an expert at tickle . She eventually succombs and tells him where the secret location is. He then blindfolds Super Busty Babe again and flees.
