The bionic kneading feels close to a real massage, especially for tight neck and upper shoulder muscles after long sitting hours. It does help improve blood circulation and reduces stiffness temporarily. However, it is not a permanent solution for chronic pain, and results vary depending on usage time and pressure settings.
